Poynton Lacrosse Under 12's ...
Poynton Blackbirds Under 12's lacrosse team is the thriving feeder section for the club and aims to provide all children with an equal chance to be involved regardless of ability, and to give both boys and girls the opportunity to learn a great team sport in a positive environment.
Coaching is relaxed and fun and we make sure that all children get a chance to play in Saturday morning games as soon as they are ready. Though the emphasis at this level is all on fun, our youngest team are also very competitive, and in the 2019-20 season Poynton U12's progressed to the Junior & Schools Plate competion final and were victorious in an action packed end-to-end game against Cheadle Hulme.

PLEASE NOTE: After a long absence due to Covid-19 we are very pleased that our junior teams are now back in action.
Unfortunately, under the current RETURN TO PLAY guidelines, spectaors are currently not permitted to attend fixtures that take place on private land other than those who are parents of players aged under 18. As soon as we are able to welcome spectators back we will update these fixtures.
